Cooking Classes

thePatsy's Summer Camp is designed to suit children aged 7 up to 18 years of age.  All menus will be led by our professional chefs to introduce different culinary techniques, healthy diet and the importance of kitchen hygiene.

The Summer Camp 2019 starts from July 8th to Aug 31st, 2019. Every Monday to Friday from 10:30am - 2pm. Learn how to cook some amazing healthy and delicious dishes in a 3.5-hour workshop each day. Workshop includes:
-      Food & Kitchen Safety
-      Hands on cooking & Demo Dishes

This  Chinese Cold Noodles’s  essence is the sauce. Main ingredients are shredded cucumber, carrots, eggs, and mixes it with the Patsy secret sauce recipe. It is very appetizing and refreshing, and is simple and easy to do. It is especially popular in the hot summer.

 A traditional Chinese dessert, the smell of the fresh grounded almonds is soothing and refreshing.  Our recipe is never too sweet, and almonds has a moisturizing effect. Adding egg protein to fresh almond milk enhances protein absorption and it gives the skin more elastic and prevent dryness.

Single or multiple camps are available for booking.
HK$990 per class exclude lunch (Please bring your own lunch)
HK$50 light lunch & juice
*5% Early-Bird Discount for registration on or before June 30th, 2019.
*Booking 5 classes and above with 5% off on the total fee. 
*Additional 5% discount for siblings booking the same class. Please note the discount will only offer to the second child and after.
All classes must be paid and confirmed at least 14 days in advance.
All supplies and ingredients will be provided.
All take out boxes and paper bags are provided, feel free to bring your own container.
All workshops are in a small group, from scratch, hands on and demo.
No baking or cooking experience is required.
