thePatsy's Summer Camp is designed to suit children aged 7 and up.  All menus will be led by our professional chefs to introduce different culinary techniques, healthy diet and the importance of kitchen safety & hygiene. 

thePatsy’s Summer Camp 2020 starts from 22nd June to 28th August, 2020. Every Monday to Friday from 10:30pm - 2:00pm; lunch about 12noon to 12:30pm.  Learn how to cook some amazing healthy and delicious dishes in this 3.5-hour workshop each day.

Fish and Chips 炸魚薯條
The traditional British cuisine, the key to its deliciousness is the white meat fish wrapped in crispy batter, so that you will fall in love with this delicious taste when you try it
英國的傳統名菜, 其好吃的關鍵在於裹上酥脆又鬆化外層的白肉魚, 讓人一吃就會愛上這美味的口感!

Fried Milk Custard 炸鮮奶
Fried Milk Custard is a recipe developed in Hong Kong by Chinese chef. They made a milk custard pudding, batter it and deep fry. It sounds like a rather implausible way of using milk in a recipe, but the result is surprisingly delectable. The recipe calls for making a milk custard by thickening milk with starch. The custard is then cooled to form a cake, which is cut into bite size pieces. A batter is prepared to cover the cut up milk custard pieces before deep-frying. The warm custard inside softens as it is fried and the outside turns into a crunchy shell.
炸鮮奶是中國人研發的一種烹調技術, 製作方法是先做好牛奶布丁, 再以糊狀的布丁來油炸。乍聽是一種令人難以想像的烹調方法, 但是結果卻令人喜出望外。原理是透過以澱粉增稠牛奶來製成牛奶布丁, 然後將之冷卻成形, 再切成小塊; 而在油炸之前, 需準備一個麵糊來包裹布丁, 內裡的布丁在油炸時會變軟, 達到外脆內嫩的效果。

All classes must be paid and confirmed at least 14 days in advance.
All supplies and ingredients will be provided.
All take out boxes and paper bags are provided, feel free to bring your own container.
All workshops are in a small group, from scratch, hands on and demo.
No baking or cooking experience is required.
PLEASE bring your own water bottle and mask.
Kids must take temperature upon arrival and are required to wear a mask throughout the class, except tasting and having lunch.
Please bring your own mask, $10 will be charged for your child’s mask.
